An introduction to the Milton Model of communication

The Milton Model is one of the two founding methods of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (or NLP), named after a much celebrated 20th century hypnotist and psychiatrist, Milton H. Erickson. The two founders of NLP, Richard Bandler and John Grinder, based the model on Erickson’s research that showed that imprecise language is processed more effectively on a subconscious level than direct instructions as used by the other founding method, the Meta Model.
